Shipping & Returns
The estimated delivery times are based on your location. We send our products with our shipping partner postNL or express services of UPS, DHL, TNT. The estimated delivery times after production time (you will receive an email when the items are sent):
- Shipping within the Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Shipping within Europe: 3-6 business days
- Worldwide shipping: 6-14 business days
Shipping time is not within our control. We cannot be held responsible for delay and/or damage caused by the shipping company.
You will be sent an email message as soon as the package is picked up at our location.
After purchasing products, you have the possibility to return the items within 14 days after you received the products. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the products have not been used or damaged.
During these 14 days you shall treat the product and the package carefully. You can unpack or use the product only to that extent to as far as it is necessary to judge if you wish to keep the product. If you wish to return the items, you need to return the product with all accessories and -if reasonably possible- in the original conditioning and packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable.
We will refund the payment as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days after the return of the items and complies to the regulations of non-use and undamaged.
Damaged or broken products
If you receive a product broken or damaged we will replace it with an identical product, unless otherwise requested. Please report the damage and send us a photo within 3 days after arrival of the packaging and the broken/damaged goods, so we can contact the shipping company. Otherwise the product cannot be replaced. We will send you a new product after receiving back the broken/damaged product.
